1. Repair License Key

1.1. Update license

To update your SmartBoard license:


Upon opening Notebook, If you receive a notice that your license has expired.

On the Notebook menu at the top select, Software Activation:

The Product key page will display and choose Add in the lower left-hand corner

Enter the following Product Key:

NC-2ACS8-AWCHS-7KUIJ-AED2D (RENEWED THRU 7/24)

Press Add and check that you accept the terms and then Next

Submit the request automatically, and it should renew successfully.

1.2. How to repair license key

How to repair the Smart license key.

 

If you are prompted that it has expired, it usually just means the license file needs to be repaired.

Open Smart Notebook and you should see this screen.  Choose Enter License.

 

 

The following page should appear showing license information.  It shows a license number but the status is invalid.

 

 Chose the option to Repair the product key.

Press Next and Submit request automatically.

It should process and you will see a successful dialog box and finish the process.
